Architect Selection: Evaluation of architectural candidates with respect to proposed fees, project requirements, methodology and compatibilities.

Design Phase Consulting: Project preliminary design review relative to proposed budget, site requirements, construction feasibility and any other critical conditions of the project.

Bidding/Budget Analysis: Comprehensive pricing of completed architectural drawings, preparation of construction specifications.

Obtainment of required building permits from applicable jurisdictions.

Site Work: Grading/contouring of the general building site with respect to drainage, existing topography, landscape, utilities and vehicular circulation/access. Building excavation and installation of utilities.
