Yes, we have a variety of floor plans to choose from. All the plans can be modified to suit your needs, but are not constrained to those choices. Make an appointment, share your ideas and cost range, and we’ll work with you to create the home of your dreams.

How long will it take to build my home?
Many factors can impact the build timeline, some being time of year, weather, size of home and custom specifications. Typically, closing takes place within six to nine months after contract signing.

What is the cost of building a Custom Home?
Price cannot be determined until customer specifications are known. Typically, our homes have priced in the range of $400,000 to 2 million plus, including lot – living space ranges from 2200 square feet to 5000 square feet, respectively. We are not constrained to that price range, however.
